  1. Great list. I didn’t realize dollar stores had greeting cards and gift bags. I always cringe when I see how much I spend on these items, so will definitely check out these items at my next visit.

    • Thank you Lisa (aka: Body Soul Coaches)! I don’t hang out at the Dollar Tree, but there are definitely items you can buy here that won’t bust your budget and will help you save money for other things! 🙂

    • Totally agree Delia! I’m also not one to buy reading glasses from the Dollar Tree; however, I have heard of other people who swear by it. Not for me to judge so I included it in there as I’ve heard this on more than a few occassions. Go figure! 🙂

    • Agree! I have nothing against the Dollar General as I rarely have been in one but just like you…when I go into a “dollar store” I envision things being a dollar and not any more (other than for tax of course). Haven’t been to the movies in a while but that’s another good reason. Hey, are you admitting you are smuggling snacks into the movie theater Kristen?!? 😉

    • Jackie, I think I passed it a few times on the way down to Islamorada. Each time I think I’ll stop by I don’t because I enjoy the scenery while driving too much! 🙂 Let me know what you think whenever you get over there.
